Placed a mobile order for a Matcha Latte with lavender cold foam... a $7 drink mind you. I arrive and witness the barista carelessly mutilating my drink then handing it to me, absolutely absurd to think it's okay to serve the drink I received. My MATCHA, a GREEN drink, was still white, my cold foam was not foam at all, and I had no more than 3 Ice cubes in my cup ( I did not specify for no OR lite ice) I thought okay whatever, I'll just drink it, impossible. Do you guys even read the label with customizations? EVERY TIME I go I get the same thing, EVERY TIME it's wrong. Don't ask them for a matcha latte cause you'll get 6473 scoops of matcha, green clumps and a chalk taste. Ask them to remake it? You get the same thing.
They quick and ALWAYS get it right
