There was this lady in a pink shirt and her friend were complaining about her caramel latte and she was making the environment totally uncomfortable for staff and customers in the store! I witnessed this as she kept demanding the corporate number and district manager and made everyone else wait for their orders because she wouldn’t leave without it and I am gobsmacked at the fact that she took out her frustrations on the staff after they remade her order 3 TIMES!! It’s decent with some available seating. Drinks are typical Starbucks nothing special. Staff seemed to hustle and be organized. However the way the front order counter is set up doesn’t make it obvious that you can order there. No employees were nearby when I walked in. Maybe that’s normal or they are short staffed. But if you want to spend some time in a coffee shop this one does have some outlets and tables set up to make things easy.
The morning barista was entirely too slow.
