I ordered my drink online 20 minutes in advance and arrived on time with it still not ready, even as a new order was being prepared. Surprisingly, they made it right away, which was the first strange thing that happened to me. After that, I asked the staff member to assist me with my drink, but he simply replied, “Give him a sec,” which turned out to be a 10-minute wait. These guys are rude. Hire better employees or train them properly
