I ordered a drink few weeks ago. They forgot to put the whip cream. I complained to Starbucks. Two weeks later I again ordered the same drink and the same mistake. Please close this store. I hope Pete’s open a store in this complex.

The Baristas here are so kind, and my drink is always good. Love this professional location.
Imagine a Starbucks that’s out of coffee!!! No need to imagine just go there and that’s what they will tell u. This location is the worse of all in San Jose locations. Half the time I go there they are out of something. It’s like there’s no manager on duty or the baristas are incompetent. Idk
