Even though the refill policy is clearly on the website, every employee here insists that there was never one.
Its the 3rd time I order venti ICED americano and it gets delivered with NOT ONE ice!! Not ONE! That is sooooo annoying. If I ordered ice why are they being made warm on a venti clear cup with NO ice!? I live 5 minutes away so theres no way they melted on the way
