Grabbed my usual and had such a lovely conversation with the ladies working.
I recently placed an online order at this location and received a notification that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I showed my phone and asked for my order. The employee informed me that they were still making it, despite the fact that my food was visibly sitting on the counter. To make matters worse, the employee then proceeded to chat with his coworkers and didn't even bother to check the counter for my order. Too slow and had a racist experience. There were just many young white kids and I am an Asian. They made me wait for my order for more than 15-20 mins and everyone who ordered after me (mostly white people) were given their ordered way before mine. And the young lady who was serving on Tuesday morning 8:20am was giving “don’t care” attitude. Sad to experience this. Besides, they messed up my drink which was supposed to be crème
