Super fast but VERY unfriendly. I was the only person in at the moment. Tried to ask if I had the correct name for the drink which the lady ignored and rang up the order and started working on it. It was so rude I was taken aback and decided maybe she’s having a bad day. I then took the gamble and thankfully it was the right drink but then when I said thank you twice to the -other- employee she said nothing and walked away as well. Recently I went there to grab coffee on my B'Day. I had heard about the free drink on B'day policy - so I wanted to check it out. Since I have been using my other account, I ended up creating on that day, a new one. Apparently, if you create the account on that day itself, it doesn't count. Anyway, the lady in the pic (took her pic with permission) was super nice. She said that she has the option to make it work. And that was so refreshing to hear.
