The employees here are so friendly and welcoming! They all seem to love working here and create such a positive environment. There's comfy indoor seating ear outlets and also an outdoor patio with more options. I like exploring different cafes but always find myself coming back to this location!
At many locations in the SJ area I feel I get stereotyped and treated poorly -- like the barista labelled me then decided to spend energy on letting me know I'm far from their first or second priority. And I buy like $10 drinks. ...anyways, this place has been good vibes and treatment. I appreciate walking in and feeling like just another human ordering coffee and trying to get their morning off to a good start. Never had an issue with my order either. Thank u.
I asked for light ice and this is what I received (this is after it had melted a bit!). I asked the barista about it and she said this is considered light ice and that full ice on a venti is to the top of the cup! I order with light ice every time I make a purchase and have never received anything like this. The drink had maybe 5-6 sips for the price. The lady was dismissive and rude. This is why I rarely frequent Starbucks anymore.
