My experience at this Starbucks location was disappointing, and I was not satisfied with the customer service I received. Although I was helped relatively quickly, the interaction itself felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. Before placing my order, I asked the employee whether I could pay using a gift card and cash so I could clarify the payment process beforehand. Always a solid option when I need a quick stop. The location is clean, well kept, and super convenient and close to my work. The chai latte hit the spot, sweet and warm with just the right amount of spice, and the jalape�o wraps were easily the highlight, flavorful with a nice little kick. The one knock is speed. I waited longer than expected for my order. If you're not in a hurry, it's an easy recommendation.
Coffee machine cleaning in busy morning hours? Not a great thing.
