Update on Sep 18, 2026: The drink quality at this store is still bad. Today I ordered a Doppio Espresso Macchiato and it was mostly foam. The espresso shot felt like only a half shot. There is no hope for this store to improve unless management changes. Original Feedback: This store consistently screw up the drink. I ordered brown sugar oat Cortado and it tasted like hot water. And this store doesn’t know the difference between macchiato and latte. Starbucks please give this store franchise to someone else.
Was super thirsty and didn't want to give me water, I waited in line for nothing. I'm severely dehydrated and needed it to take some meds. Horrible costumer service.
The person in the cash register was not so accommodating. I tipped just the same. If you woke up not feeling okay, it's not okay to bring it to work especially you are in customer service. I am not saying you were biased. Me, being Asian hopefully had nothing to do with it. I was there, paid in drawer 2 on September 13 at 9:39 AM.
I ordered a few drinks and forgot to ask for a cup of ice water. When I asked the barista (Kalia) for one, she told me to go order it at the other register. She wasn’t busy at the time and was actually on her phone, so I don’t understand why she couldn’t simply give me a cup of water. It’s a small thing, but customer service matters. I understand if she was busy, but in this situation, it felt unnecessarily dismissive. Hopefully, this can be addressed and improved.
