This place is so thoughtful and the sweetest. I redeemed my free drink for my Birthday and look at this little nice surprise note. The little touch that put a smile on my place.
I’ve been going to Starbucks for over a year, almost two years now, and this is the first time I’ve ever had an experience like this. I ordered a Trenta/Bentley drink with no ice, expecting less dilution — not literally half a cup. I understand that removing ice can slightly affect the amount, but this was excessive.
