The person in the cash register was not so accommodating. I tipped just the same. If you woke up not feeling okay, it's not okay to bring it to work especially you are in customer service. I am not saying you were biased. Me, being Asian hopefully had nothing to do with it. I was there, paid in drawer 2 on September 13 at 9:39 AM.

I ordered a few drinks and forgot to ask for a cup of ice water. When I asked the barista (Kalia) for one, she told me to go order it at the other register. She wasn’t busy at the time and was actually on her phone, so I don’t understand why she couldn’t simply give me a cup of water. It’s a small thing, but customer service matters. I understand if she was busy, but in this situation, it felt unnecessarily dismissive. Hopefully, this can be addressed and improved.

What kind of Starbucks doesn’t have change or refuse to sell a coffee because the lack of change and the manager not been able find and answer to the situation very poor customer.

I like this store been coming here for years , been inconsistent for the last couple years I think there’s been change and management allot . I like the new manager Kalia she s been keeping the store clean and friendly and my pup loves her she always gives him his pup cup personally I think he’s a fan of hers too
