Bad customer service!!!! Not professional at all.
Ever since the manager left, this place has turned into a negative and toxic atmosphere. The “welcome in!” is fake. The girls behind the counter spend the whole time gossiping and complaining, the new manager looks mad all the time. It’s interesting to see how much management matters when it comes to the attitude of the staff and overall vibe. But shame on the employees for pretending to care about their customers all the years that the old manager was there. Been coming for years, not coming back.
Never Been Treated This Poorly – Avoid This Starbucks I am beyond disappointed with the treatment I received at the Starbucks on Aborn. Earlier in the day, I purchased a coffee and left briefly to grab lunch. When I returned, I was rudely approached by a staff member who informed me that I had to leave because it was "store policy."
