Arrived at 8:42pm. The staff locked the door and pretended not to notice I was outside the door. Corporate please look into who work on night shift on 2/25/2026. The staff closed the shop before 9pm!
Order via mobile and ready by 12:03pm according to the app. Got there at 12:05pm waiting until 12:11pm the establishment not busy and 4 peoples working 2 standing around and chit chatting. I got fed up and had to walk over and asked for my drink. Also this is not the first time. I’ve been coming here often and still same results. At first I didn’t want to complain about it but things are getting really bad. Hope the manager or owner would look into it…ty
