I sat outside with my coffee, purchased at this location, for about an hour, then stopped in to throw away my cup and use the bathroom. When I asked for the code, one of the baristas told me it's for paying customers only. I said that I had been sitting outside and offered to show them my receipt. She rolled her eyes at me and ignored me. Her coworker gave me the code, but the entire exchange was very off-putting.
The Starbucks at North First Street offers a quiet ambiance with outdoor seating, making it a good spot for some peaceful time. However, indoor seating is limited. While the atmosphere is nice, the service left something to be desired. The staff didn’t greet or show much politeness during the interaction, and my cappuccino was mistakenly made with regular milk instead of the requested coconut milk. There’s room for improvement in customer service and attention to detail.
