Wow what a super GREAT service I got to help me out with my disabled husband who fell asleep at the store and could not be awaken. Matthew Mabalot the Barista offered to help, watched out for him while I ran home to get his wheelchair. He even helped me put him in the car. I am so overwhelmed with that kindness and sevice. Above and beyond!
I experienced extremely poor service at this location. My order was clearly ready on the counter, yet the staff kept telling me to wait, insisting it wasn't done. When I asked for an update, they claimed they were new and had just started their shift at 9:00 a.m., showing a total lack of knowledge regarding my order. To make matters worse, they seemed visibly annoyed that I even asked
