The first time it opened , it was amazing, no complaints. There has to be a new crew cuz the last two times I’ve been, the customer service was terrible. Tip is not mandatory yet one of them told me to tip. There’s one employee who seemed to have an attitude when I asked about my rewards. Fix that ASAP, not what I expect to experience especially in the area it’s in. Food and drinks were great though.
I’m sorry but the black lady with the baby blue sweater in the drive through is just horrible. She had a nasty attitude as I was ordering at the screen, kept saying ughh anything else as I said my order. Then when I got to the window she didn’t even say anything like hi, didn’t even look at me but just shove the pay screen at me. Then shoved the drink at me, it could have fell.
