Drink was not made correctly so had to come to have them remade.
Instead of getting our drinks out in a timely manner they had us leave the drive thru and go back around to go back into the drive thru. Our drinks still took another 10 minutes to be done.
Went in on January 11th at roughly 7:45pm to order a medicine ball and a strawberry açaí refresher with lemonade. To begin we pulled into the drive-thru and the girl who took our order was rude and full of attitude. We get to the window I get handed a dragon fruit refresher to which I didn’t notice at first. Don’t bother even ordering an ice shaken espresso here it will literally either be WATERED DOWN or HELLA CREAMY… even if they try to re make it. Horrible.
Friday December 26th I order a drink and waited more then I should have to get my order. they placed my order as ready to go and when I went in it wasn’t. Not only that when I noticed that I was missing a drink because the sticker was under the powder bowl and the girl didn’t notice - she was kind all the employees are always kind but she and made my drink but it was rushed and not worth the $5 I paid- I didn’t drink it and had to leave it due to how terrible it tasted - didn’t put any vanilla cold foam at all -
