Average service from disinterested staff. The chairs are dirty/ stained, trash on the floor. Hot drinks served in paper cups instead of ceramic. The vibe is completely off. Support your local coffee house with people that are actually passionate about what they do because this ain't it.
Finally a location that understands "lite ice" doesn't mean "extra ice". Good job
The staff is so ridiculously rude here more than any other Starbucks I’ve ever been to, and they’re consistent with their rudeness every time I go.

I tried to buy water here the manager wouldn’t let me she wouldn’t let me she said I have to purchase something the water free so I asked her can I purchase the water she said no rudely it’s ok because you not going to get no where having that type of customer service an attitude I didn’t want anything off the menu because I’m not hungry at the moment why force me to buy it I had to take my medicine I’m pregnant thank god for other stores in the area that gave me the water I didn’t even have to pay even though that’s not a p... read more
