I have literally gone here almost every day after school and it has never disappointed me. I will miss this location when I go off to college - I highly recommend to anyone nearby! Strawberry Acai's are always made right, and in general they always have quick service, kind people working, a cleanly environment, and overall a great vibe. LOVE it!
Just a horrible experience. Even been here for long time. Lady at register keeps chit chatting with customer before the order. It's ok I can handle that and wait, order finished and she still keeps talking letting you wait :-(. So rude. Starbucks hope it gets replaced soon by real coffee shops owned by hard working owners! Called that Starbucks up she said, "I don't think you waited that long"
Slow service, serving Coto de Caza snobs!
This is a great Starbucks! I was there a few days ago & a smiling young man made my drink & another one came out to the cafe to resolve an issue for a customer. Very polite. I thought I had been thrown back to another era. Times are changing & Kindness is back in style!
Harassing about refill and how to get one. Says the rule, then breaks the rule ( employee does this and says the so-called rule ) then come to tell the customer go. Management up to the area Management and regional management didn't respond at the phone numbers an employee at this Starbucks gave me. No help. So I did here, write a review, and get the attached notes. Obviously, they aren't going to do a thing about the abuse of any customer. Pathetic.
