Honestly this place has gone down hill further and further. It started when you got rid of Kim and Julie, then you had the pink hair troll monster. Now the orders are wrong 1/2 the time, take for ever most of the time and are so incredibly overpriced all the time. 15+ year veteran of this store and I’m done.
Went in for a Mobil pick up which was ready and then asked for a cup of water and I waited 5+ minutes for a cup of water so I ended up leaving no sense of urgency they weren’t even busy. The service is walrus bad when I go here. Never again the drive though is so much better in terms of quality and service

Awesome baristas, great vibes, quality drinks! Recommend this store above any other in the area! Comfy chairs to hangout, study or do some work.
