Starbucks is great.
Ordered an extra hot beverage with no foam and got a luke warm beverage with extra foam. The barista also tried to up charge me when I didn’t ask for what was on the screen. She got an attitude when I asked to remove said charged item. Also ordered a coffee with cream and there was no cream to be found.

I felt like she was arguing with me about what i was trying to order. Then when I questioned what was given to me, the woman at the window was also rude and didn’t care to listen to me, and said have a nice day, and shut the window and turned her back to me. I was not offered a receipt. I was there right before 9:30am on September 3rd if management cares to know. I wanted whipping cream vs half and half because I'm watching my sugar.
