This location is okay, but my experience was kind of all over the place. I placed a mobile order through the app — pretty standard — but things didn’t go super smoothly when I went to pick it up. First off, I ordered a small shopping bag, which was clearly part of my app order, but when I asked for it, the staff looked totally confused. Great friendly staff
My friends and I walked from Lemon St. looking for Starbucks, upon arrival there was a few white unfriendly men sitting outside next to SB’s that made us feel like we were in segregation days because we were a group of Hispanics & Blacks . Walked inside Starbucks the feeling was even worse, the person that took our order was an older caucasian man with zero personality , looked at us as if we were from another planet, very uncomfortable . I come to this store multiple times a week and have been coming for 2-3 years now. I asked for an ice water and the white kid was extremely condescending and asked me to get "free water" at Urth Cafe next door. Likely I will stop coming to this store. I've never heard of a store denying a cup of water to a customer.
