This is the first time (7th sept, around 6:20-6:30 pm) I had such worst and weird experience at Starbucks. I order a customized Frappuccino. When we got our order at the window, we asked to change the lid as the lid was thinner at the sipping point and it’s practically disgusting to insert a straw into it. So we asked for the lid and the young girl with glasses was like we don’t give that lid for cold drinks and it’s only for hot ones. I visited Starbucks on North Wales rd and 309 at 7:40 am this morning and 2 of the employees were rude and foul mouth they were working drive thru window very rude people.
Absolute best vibes! This awesome brunette lady with the cutest flannel print name tag ever was an absolute ray of sunshine, she was working the window and she gave such good drink recommendations— definitely coming back again! :)
