Busy location, but line moves quickly and efficiently! Staff were very friendly. Parking lot is a bit of a maze, and getting out and back on the road can be frustrating especially with the one way only turns.
This is the first time (7th sept, around 6:20-6:30 pm) I had such worst and weird experience at Starbucks. I order a customized Frappuccino. When we got our order at the window, we asked to change the lid as the lid was thinner at the sipping point and it’s practically disgusting to insert a straw into it. So we asked for the lid and the young girl with glasses was like we don’t give that lid for cold drinks and it’s only for hot ones.
