Personnel at this location are great. Coffee is great. Please don't make me ask for a cup sleeve, especially in the drive thru. This a painful recent process from Starbucks. Owner, you know the cups can be hot to touch, right?
Very disappointing experience. My 12-year-old daughter was standing in line to order her drink while I waited in the car. Four other customers arrived after her and were served first simply because they were older. My daughter waited and never received her drink. When I went inside to ask why her order was taking so long, the employee rolled her eye's and was dismissive instead of apologizing or explaining the situation. A child should not be ignored or treated unfairly, and customers should never be treated with disrespect.... read more
