Judy is absolutely amazing! I used to go to a different Starbucks closer to me on my drive into work, but choose to go to Grace Park simply for Judy. I know it's gonna be a great day when Judy greats me at the drive through speaker! I hope that they see your worth Judy. You are a keeper and deserve the best things to come to you in life.
Smaller-sized Starbucks with the usual drinks and snacks, but a more relaxed vibe. It’s pretty quiet, which is great for catching up with a friend or getting some work done on your laptop. There’s a small patio that’s nice when it’s not too humid out. Staff here are super polite and helpful, which makes the experience even better. Nothing fancy, just a solid spot for your caffeine fix and a little peace and quiet.
I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks location in the Triangle area. After making a purchase inside the store, I went through the drive-thru shortly after to request some ice in a tall cup for my toddler. I visited the Starbucks in Morrisville today and had an unpleasant experience with a tall male employee wearing glasses. When I asked for my drink to be remade as it didn’t match my instructions, he responded with attitude, told me to throw it away myself, and refused to take it back. He remade the drink with clear disinterest, and the taste was still poor. The overall experience felt unprofessional and disappointing.
