The manager with the ponytail goes out of his way to not acknowledge me when I walk in. I even take my headphones out and try to say something friendly but am always met with an off putting cold indifference I don’t know him personally and don’t know what I did but I think it’s been like this for a year now
I was served by a tall gentleman wearing a bandana, he was very friendly! He says good morning to the customers as they walk in. He also took time to make sure my lid fit tightly on the cup.
UPDATE: WAS TOLD "DONT COME BACK". Manager confirmed this is Starbuck's "New Policy". I've been happily frequenting this Davis Commons location for months now to get my Matcha and had prior great customer interaction and service. Until now ;( Went through the drive-thru and ordered my regular order - Venti iced oatmilk matcha (w/ Lavender cream) with light ice and a warm brownie. And a cake pop for my little guy .
