Convenient fast
Check your drive thru item … make sure ot’s yours. I got someone else’s. Drove 17 minutes home to enjoy my drink, realized Im allergic to what I was given. Told I HAD to come back & then I’d get my drink. Couldnt give me credit on my card from home. No ‘ we messed up, this or next drink’s on us’ Just drive an additional 32 minutes.. They won’t offer extra. So do the work and check your drink.
I’ve been a loyal customer at this Starbucks for over three years, visiting at least five days a week often twice a day. For the amount of money I’ve spent here, I expect consistency and respect. I come here so often employees know me by my name. Today I ordered an Iced Matcha through the drive-thru, clearly asking for only two scoops of matcha powder.
