Did a mobile order for two drinks. Got my first drink perfectly fine. Took over 20 minutes to get my second drink which was a Mocha Frappuccino. The empty cup was over by the drive thru window with no one around it/making it. Will never order at this location again.
I just went through the drive-thru, and honestly, a simple “hi” or “have a nice day” goes a long way — especially when your job is to greet and serve customers. Not saying anything at all comes across as rude. I always make the effort to say hello, so please be a little friendlier next ti
My daughter and I came here this week. Staff informed us that the refrigerator isn't working only a few items available. Asked which ones we got those. Got a breakfast sandwich and two matchas. Then at 2am, my daughter who got a matcha as well, started throwing up. All night and morning. Later that day my stomach started to rumble too. Thinking it was the matcha. Very disappointing. Will be calling store in the morning.
