The Worst! Walked in waited while three Baristas were more concerned with headphones! Not busy! Five minutes later someone walks from the back I had to repeat my name DAVID three times. Horrible customer service!
One of the coffee should be a hot caramel and I got at black coffee ☕
On Monday, the 21st, I ordered a VENTI White Chocolate Mocha thru the app to pick up in the drive thru. It was ready on time. The cup felt a little lite, but didn't check it at the time and drove home. When I got home and took the lid off, the mocha level was at least an inch below the top of the cup. See the picture. Since I was working I didnt bother going back to talk to the store. Figure the employee should know if it's full or not. Always check your order before leaving!!
healthy snack, calm atmosphere, good vibe
