As usual this location is a piece of crap. Don't place a mobile order because they will still have you park and wait stating they didn't get your order until 1 minute before you pulled up. Clearly my app shows what time it should be ready and still had to wait more than 10 mins past that time to get my drinks. This is by far the slowest Starbucks I have visited. Have been here multiple times and doesn't get better.
They gave me to turn around again and again just because I did the order through the app right there exactly where you order through them and then just because they didn't get a tip they let me turn around again and again. I visit this Starbucks at least a few times a week. There is always an exchange of good energy with the staff. Their personalities and kindness are unmatched! My favorite items to order are always on point but the people make my overall experience 10/10.
