I love Starbucks and am a loyal, daily customer. I tried a new drive through location today but won't be back to this location. The app was glitching this morning; I couldn't get the scan code to come up and the most condescending barista Colman was rude and dismissive. He told me I could add my receipt very easily to the app later, it is not big deal. I live a little ways away, but I work in the area and I decided to stop at this Starbucks. Coleman helped me in the drive-through. He was amazing! He was very friendly, energetic, and gave me some great information about the Starbucks app. This will be my new Starbucks! Thank you Coleman
This is my favorite Starbucks location. I've been coming to this one for a while and the staff is incredible. Sara, Kal, and Charlie are the best Thanks for the great coffee! ☕
I ordered tall hot latte with one pump of French vanilla and 2 cheese danishes not warmed up. Instead I got grande hot latte no French vanilla and 2 warm danishes although my kids don't like it warm. I'm not saying it's bad location but some workers there just don't pay attention about orders.
