I ordered a Tall Caramel Macchiato with 3 extra espresso shots, but it tasted almost entirely like milk. I paid $8.18 plus a tip. I returned the drink and explained the issue, but I was told it was made correctly. Since I wasn’t satisfied, I left without the drink and ended up buying a Pike Place Roast instead. It was a disappointing experience, and I feel like I wasted my money.The service was not good.

Muy mal servicio de parte de una empleada llamada brenda tiene una actitud bastante grocera. . Mientras yo hablaba con el manager hacia gestos de que no le importara y con la risita. Me parece raro de un sitio como este.

War für eine Woche täglich dort als Frühstück. Der Service war super und das personal kannte ab dem 5 Tag meine Bestellung was mich irgendwie gefreut hat. Je nachdem wann man dort war, war es sehr voll und die Bestellung hat länger gedauert gegen 9 Uhr (American 9to5) wurde es sehr voll und man gute 15 Minuten gewartet. Ich empfehle vor 8.30 dann ist es easy.
