I usually buy my drinks and snacks at this Starbucks. Sometimes they make mistakes, but I let it slide. Today, I ordered a Truffle Mushroom egg sandwich and a large matcha latte with oat milk (not the classic version). To my surprise, when I went to drink it, the matcha powder was clumpy. Everyone has those mornings where everything goes wrong and I dropped my coffee and spilled it all over my hands and all over my breakfast and they were so kind everyone there repackaged my food fixed remade my drink and everybody was super super kind. Thank you for fixing my mess. I think that reset my day and I’m going to have a good one now.
