This Starbucks is straight-up embarrassing. Easily one of the worst I’ve ever been to, and that’s saying something. I ordered two hot breakfast items through the app and showed up five minutes after the ETA. I ask a barista where my food is - she says they’re “behind.” Fine. But then I look over and see three other employees huddled around a phone at the coffee bar like they’re watching TikToks. Not moving. Not helping. Just posted up.
