I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. Susanne Senn, A blonde & gray-haired woman in a gray sweater possibly a manager was extremely rude and condescending when I asked for a refill. I had just purchased a venti Frappuccino and then asked for a venti tea refill, which she refused. She gave me a grande tea in a “for here” cup instead . Then, she came over to me and my girlfriend unprompted and snapped, “Refills aren’t buy one get one free,” in a completely unprofessional and nasty tone. It was incredibly uncomfo... read more

Always fast and accurate. They could keep the property a bit cleaner though, especially outside. Parking lot is a beast to get in and out of during rush hours.
