Always fast and accurate. They could keep the property a bit cleaner though, especially outside. Parking lot is a beast to get in and out of during rush hours.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. Susanne Senn. A blonde & gray-haired woman in a gray sweater possibly a manager was extremely rude and condescending when I asked for a refill. I had just purchased a venti Frappuccino and then asked for a venti tea refill, which she refused. She gave me a grande tea in a “for here” cup instead . I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the conduct of a manager at your Starbucks location on Webster and Downer, specifically Susanne Senn! During a recent visit, I witnessed behavior that was not only unprofessional but deeply troubling. Ms. Senn appeared to go out of her way to confront customers in a hostile and aggressive manner.
