I went there during the night rush, was met with RUDE baristas who not only sat on there phones and ignore me while I asked where my drink was, but I was met with a snotty rude manager— i believe that’s what they are, in which the woman demanded that I wait for my drink or simply get a refund. This is not fair to me as I had waited 40 minutes for my drink. I do NOT! recommend eating nor drinking here. I will never return.
I would really like to give it no stars. My daughter and I ordered ONE drink. The guy behind us ordered two drinks. It took us 20 mins to get our drink! The cashier Colin took our orders and then instead of making my drink first, he goes to make the guy’s two drinks while the other employee is making the drinks for the customers ahead of us.
