Had a terrible experience, never again. The cashier who took my sister and I’s order was very rude. She was a short lady who seemed Hispanic with about shoulder length brunette hair. She didn’t greet neither of us, wasn’t wearing a name tag (which is supposedly required as part of their dress code) & even rolled her eyes at me when I accidentally stuttered while ordering. We both were very upset about being treated this way.
As a fellow Starbucks barista, I understand how overwhelming it can be and such when working in customer service. Unfortunately I had came upon a rude and unwelcoming employee when she took our order. She was not in dress code of wearing a name tag so I couldn’t grab her name, but rolled her eyes at my sister for stuttering when ordering. She seemed Hispanic with brunette hair and of short height. They made the wrong drink, its fine, it happens. When I mentioned that it wasn't what I ordered and asked if they could make the right one the girl got a huge attitude with me
