I have been going to this location every single day for years. Just recently they have started not filling up hot drinks. At least once a week, I get my drink and it’s 1/3 or the way empty. For $12 a drink; it would be nice to get my full cup of coffee. Filling the top 3rd with whipped cream does not count.
This Starbucks is so unorganized and not efficient whatsoever. Everyone just running around, No one asked you if you need help my daughter and I stood there for 10 minutes Not one word from anyone. Nobody asked us If we needed anything, we left and went to Coffee shop across the street! This place has horrible customer service!!
Slowest drive thru ever!!!
