This store is a mess. It’s closed early almost everyday if it even opens at all and 3 days this week mobile ordering was turned off.
The slowest and worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Coffee sat while nobody attended customers.
Some of the employees are super kind and friendly, they use my first name when I walk in, others look pissed off that they have to be there. I order the same drink everyday, according to the menu it is made with oat milk 9 times out of 10 they use regular milk, this is the only Starbucks that has zero consistency
Ordered a Caramel Macchiatto and they filled it with too much milk. The drink was mainly milk. I went inside to get it fixed. Next day, I asked for light milk. They gave me a cup not filled, Terrible service.
Didnt like the new chai mix. Extremely week and tasted more like vanilla than chai. Line was around the corner at drive through so decided to go in. Inside was clean and had a nice atmosohere. Cashier was prompt and friendly. However the baristas were quite slow and not on task. Usualy at other locations they are friendly and very productive. Making drinks like clockwork.
