Extremely disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks, largely due to the manager’s attitude and explanation that made absolutely no sense. I ordered a hot venti drink and questioned why it appeared noticeably smaller than a cold venti of the same price. The manager confidently stated that hot venti drinks are only about 50% of the size of a cold venti because there’s no ice. That explanation is absurd. We have been regular customers at this Starbucks for over six years. Until recently, it was a place we genuinely enjoyed—friendly staff, gracious service, and a welcoming environment that made starting the day pleasant. Unfortunately, since the arrival of the current manager, Kelly, the atmosphere and service have noticeably declined. Nobody taking orders for the walk in customer. (Felt like McDonalds) 100% focus on drive-thru. I walked out after waiting 5+minutes... 2 ladies ahead of me waiting as well. Found a great coffee place across the street. My new favorite place!
Horrible service they are very rude at this location. I have never experienced anything like this.
