I don’t get it. Order was placed at 5:20 am, I got there in 3 minutes to get my drink and there’s no ice, it’s barely cold. There’s no cold foam at all and I know they didn’t but the oat milk…why on earth do you print out these stickers if your children(as they’re all kids working) don’t read? 10.82 for this….nope I want my money back I’ll just stick with QT.
A week ago someone was having a bad day and projected it in their tone; they decided to mimicked my words rudely back to me at the window, when I genuinely said 'thank you so much'. In that second, my purchase felt disgusting. I will never come here again because of that experience.
