Did not have a good experience at this location. I came to this location on 8/8/2025 with my friend and her son from Virginia Beach, headed to DC. I placed an order at 11:32am which totaled $40.54. Cool. The young lady that took my order was very polite and nice. However, we either were forgotten about or just looked over. When we got in there it was about 4-5 other people waiting around. I go to this location several times a week and lately the cold brew is so watered down it’s AWFUL! 3 times now in a week! Not wasting my money here anymore!
My husband grabbed a few drinks for us! The kids really enjoyed their refreshers and he and I had coffee. Caramel macchiato for me!
I typically enjoy my visits to Starbucks, but unfortunately, my recent experience at this location left a lot to be desired. The barista, Mike, was noticeably dismissive and unprofessional throughout the interaction. When I placed my order, he appeared visibly annoyed and offered no greeting or confirmation, making the exchange feel rushed and uncomfortable.
