Decided to get out of the bed and drive to Starbucks tonight to purchase a medicine ball in hopes that it would give me some relief from this sickness. This location states that they close at 9PM. I arrived roughly around 7:51 PM. I sat in the drive through until about 8:00 PM without receiving any service. I watched as the employees glanced out of their windows at my car and then continued to stock napkins, wipe the windows, and even sit the trash outside of the door. Extremely upsetting!!
My mocha latte was so sweet it it was unbearable to drink. Very disappointed. I even had them remake it.
Never had our order taken. Sat at the drive thru 4 hours before closing and watched employees through the window hanging out ignoring us.
Best bargain is to sit in and get a free refill!
