The quality of the drinks is very inconsistent. I never know if I’m going to get the same drink each time I order—it feels like it depends on luck rather than a standard recipe. That said, the store itself is clean and quiet, and the staff are always nice. Everything else is great, which makes the inconsistency even more disappointing. I really wish management would address this and make sure drinks are made consistently every time.
I just came from this Starbucks, I’ve never been to this location but I’m glad I came to visit this morning. I had some extra points in my account and noticed they were expiring soon, so I decided to use them for a Bakery Breakfast; Ham & Swiss Croissant. When I pulled through the drive-thru, I gave them my name and let them know I placed an online order. Someone who helped me called ELLA , when I was ordering the food I’m not sure what does it called, and I pointed at the food tell her this one like brownie, she given me really bad attitude and rolled her eyes on me
