Terrible service rude staff something changed I used to love this store
The staff was very rude to my daughter for no reason at all she was just trying to get him to explain something they were yelling and screaming other people heard it I hope Starbucks gets their act together we've been coming out for years but a lot of people came outside and said they thought the place was very rude

I bought a thermos a few days ago and used it for the first time today; it fell to the floor—not very hard—yet it got scratched up on all sides. I find this surprising, as the fall was minor, yet the damage was significant; I own many thermoses, so I have a basis for comparison.
