I bought a thermos a few days ago and used it for the first time today; it fell to the floor—not very hard—yet it got scratched up on all sides. I find this surprising, as the fall was minor, yet the damage was significant; I own many thermoses, so I have a basis for comparison. Very busy location, but very friendly staff Update; mngr, tour for cleanliness
The pistachio iced latte with oat milk was delicious, and the matcha chocolate loaf was soft and flavorful. The only downside was the long wait, otherwise everything was great.
