Went in and it took 23 minutes and 3 attempts to get one of my drinks right it was a late with whip that they couldn’t get right. They never called out our name all our food was cold from sitting there. And had to find the help when left sitting there waiting for someone to assist us. Yes it was busy but there where 7 partners on the floor and only one had a sense of urgency the rest where all miserable they had to be there.
