My Starbucks visit at this location was very enjoyable.
Every one was so lovely and sweet. They made a bad day just a little bright
Terrible experience at this Starbucks. I was sitting for about 10 minutes waiting for others to join me before ordering when a staff member came over and rudely told me I couldn’t be there without buying something. I explained that I was waiting for the rest of my party, but instead of showing any courtesy, she doubled down and again told me that I can’t use the cafe if I don’t order. I used to love this Starbucks but recently they have really slacked. The last 5 times I’ve been they have messed up at least one thing if not all of the order. They constantly make you feel like a burden for asking for something to be corrected. If they don’t have your mobile order it’s your problem, then they miraculously “find it” then attempt to charge you at the window, and then give you the wrong order! Do your self a favor and go to a different location or support a local coffee shop instead.
