They always treat people badly, they have zero kindness. I'm not going back there.
I ordered less ice but the guy gave me a full iced shaken espresso - I even asked him before I took it “is this the right one with light ice” he seemed a bit hesitant but still said yes. I ordered hundreds times of Starbucks but never served with a light iced coffee like this. And I also requested only one pump of syrup but that was quite sweet than usual. I don’t know whether that’s because the ice or he mistakenly made it by default. Unhappy experience overall.
They only served me half cup, the rest was foam
