Not sure why the negative reviews. I am traveling around the US and my normal order (caramel macchiato … either iced or hot … I got it iced the other day) was made just as I expected.
Everyone here is always super friendly and welcoming, and the service is extremely fast-even faster than most Starbucks and coffee shops!
