I ordered a venti Pumpkin Spice Latte at this Starbucks and stayed for a while to study. Since Starbucks policy allows in-store customers to receive free refills of brewed coffee and tea, I asked a staff member (a Middle Eastern or South Asian man with a beard) for a refill of iced coffee and a cup of water.
