This is the worst starbucks I have ever been to. Management needs to do something about the middle and high schoolers who do nothing but cause problems for paying adult customers.
Front doors were closed when I tried going in at 8:30 for coffee!!
Middle schoolers running around everywhere on weekdays from the hours of 3-7pm. Groups of 7-20 kids. Complained to staff who stated manager refuses to do anything about it because that’s where most of their business comes from at these times. No parents around to calm their kids down.
For the second time, my app has notified me that my mobile order is ready and I have had to wait 10+ minutes for my coffee. This store is poorly organized.
