Routinely gets orders wrong. Worried more about tips than correct order information. Today was the last straw. At least coffee bean gets it right.

My husband and I always visit this place since its close to home, I am extremely sensitive and lactose intolerant. I end up sensitive for a few days. I avoid having anything dairy. Lately I have ordered my latte made with half and half and a handful of times I end up having regular latte. I don't mean to be a bother but I always request to please make it with half and half.
