I went there yesterday and ordered 2 passion fruit guava lemonade refreshers. And the barista handed me that drinks and I said, “oh doesn’t it come with the pearls?” And she’s like, “oh it’s this other drink” NOPE! It does. Definitely make sure your drinks are made correctly before taking off.
The most unwelcoming Starbucks I've ever been to is the one where the shift leader at 7 pm on 07/06/2026 was very rude to me. I'm not going to put the details here about how she talked to me; it's unbelievable. I know she might have had a bad day, but that's not how you handle it, especially at Starbucks. That the manager even allowed her to work with this attitude is surprising. Store Manager, please retrain your staff.
