Went to the drive through pick up a mobile order around 7:10pm today 4/6. The lady working the window was talking a million miles an hour (guess she was hitting her own coffee supply on break) and was in a rush to get me out before i could get a word in. I was trying to ask for a cup of water in addition to the mobile order i placed at the window but before i could get a word in, she told me to pull up. bad service and waited 15+ minutes for my order to come out
They let someone steal my order from the counter. When I talked to the cashier, they told me that there was nothing they could do and that it was my fault. Terrible service. I will never come back. I didn’t even get a refund.
Terrible customer service.
Surprisingly rude service. I’ve visited other stores within my city and had a far better experience. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.
