I’m very disappointed to put this review because I love this location but today was a different story. I ordered a Matcha drink and whenever I received my drink it it was very un mixed and bitter, so I called and requested to have the drink remade, and they agreed, but whenever I went back to the Starbucks, they gave me my drink and I was very appreciative but it was somehow worse, and it seemed that it was made to be bad on purpose. This is the worst starbucks in Laredo!!!!! The employees are always so slow, poor customer service, and they never get the orders correct! Someone pleaseeeee help this location out!! Its ridiculous how horrible they are.
