You don’t talk disrespectful about your customers while your customers are in the building. Have people orders ready and they won’t crowed around the counter. That’s extremely unprofessional! I DoorDashed A caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino with a breakfast sandwich and I tried to call because I didn’t want coffee in it and they removed the option for the cream version of the Frappuccino from their menu. After a short conversation with the barista, she went ahead and made the Frappuccino as I wanted it, even though it was not on the menu. I pulled up to the counter, an older man was working, but was not at the window yet, and I just mentioned I had a mobile order. And all he could say is "yeah?" Acted like I was expecting something because he never said "I'll be right with you" or anything. Just kept looking at me and again said "yeah, ok?"
