I visited around 12:00 PM on July 18. It was a very disappointing experience. The staff seemed inattentive and didn't pay attention to my order. I ordered an iced latte with less ice, but they made an iced Americano instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the employee simply said, "No worries," without apologizing. They then threw the Americano away right in front of me and remade the drink. However, the replacement was still made with a full cup of ice, even though I had specifically requested less ice. Nice pink dirink and nice cake pop the chi latte was amazing and I had a good time at Starbucks overall I am looking forward to coming here again.
