Es increíble lo que me acaba de contar mi hija estábamos fuera con mi esposa esperando a que mi hija pidiera un café que tanto le gusta y solo le faltaban $0.05 para un café y la dependiente se los pidió de mala manera para no darle mucho cambio haciéndola sentir muy mal . Es increíble que no enseñen a estas alturas el trato personal con el cliente . Dejaremos Starbucks por un buen tiempo .
Thank you for the excellent service. I went in flustered, needing help and the way this one girl sprung into action deserves attention. She's there almost every time I go in with a smile and pleasant attitude. I really needed that today.
