This is a good Starbucks overall, but I absolutely hate their new automatic coffee makers. Used to be quick and fast to get drip coffee. No longer.
Quick and friendly service. The parking is a bit snug, but the staff made up for it with genuine greetings, quick service, and true care for my whole experience. The store was bright and clean. Will definitely be coming back! Shoutout to Jennifer and Luis for making my morning.
I ordered a vegan falafel wrap and was sent a chicken wrap in falafel packaging. I had't had meat in over 20 years and now I'm in severe pain after just one bite. Please take better care when your customers are ordering items that involve dietary restrictions. These wraps look the same and taste very similar. I called to ask about a refund but the person told me to go through DoorDash, and when I tried to ask how, he rudely said "No problem, thanks!" And hung up. Please do better.
