The drive-thru employee seemed unfamiliar with how to process rewards and promotions. Yesterday she couldn’t apply my coupon ( free Monday Mood coupon) and today she didn’t know how to redeem my Stars. Thankfully another employee helped. It was frustrating and affected my morning. Better training would help improve the customer experience.
Idk if thye purposely make my drink sweeter than I ask. I noticed the recent couple times I ask for 1 pump of flavor and it tasted like thye add like 5 pumps?
I love the service at this location. Everyone is so nice! We go daily so many of them know us by name and our standard order. I'm glad the hours are a bit longer at this location now. Drive through or dine outside only.
