I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else I have years of drive-thru experience, so I understand professionalism, workflow, and customer service. What I experienced here fell far short. Ashley H. turned a simple drive-thru interaction into a completely inappropriate and uncomfortable experience. She made unsolicited comments and dragged out the transaction even though our order was clearly ready.
