I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else I have years of drive-thru experience, so I understand professionalism, workflow, and customer service. What I experienced here fell far short. Ashley H. turned a simple drive-thru interaction into a completely inappropriate and uncomfortable experience. She made unsolicited comments and dragged out the transaction even though our order was clearly ready. Very bad employee
I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They didn’t greet properly, showed no interest in helping, and their attitude made the whole visit uncomfortable. The service quality here is far below Starbucks standards. I won’t be coming back, and I hope management seriously improves the staff’s behavior.
