Sarah Kim (manager) really needs to work on her attitude toward customers. I simply asked her to add some ice to my latte today and the nasty look and attitude I got in response were completely unnecessary. It was a simple request, yet she made me feel like I was bothering her. As a manager, she should be setting the example for friendly and professional customer service. Her attitude does the opposite and makes me feel uncomfortable.
Sarah Kim, the new manager, has unfortunately made my regular visits to this Starbucks much less pleasant. I've been coming here almost every morning for about a year and never experienced this issue with previous management or staff. I understand that asking ifmy Maltipoo is a service animal may be part of her job; however, the problem is Sarah's consistently cold, unfriendly, and nssty attitude when asking the same question repeatedly daily. Very nice location, super fast and friendly service! Nice outdoor seating section
Nick is our favorite barista! He always greets us with a smile and remembers both our order and our names, which makes every visit feel so much more personal. He's genuinely kind, patient, and always takes the time to chat, even when it's busy. You can tell he cares about the people who come in, and he makes our mornings better every time we stop by. Employees like Nick are a huge part of why we keep coming back. He absolutely deserves recognition for the positive impact he has on both customers and the store.
I live nearby and am always here, either with friends post-workout or working for a few hours. The baristas are so friendly, even offering me water while I’m working, and my usual coffee drink is always well-made. And the outdoor seating options can’t be beat (both shade and sun available!).
