I’ve been to this Starbucks a few times since it’s close to my job. I always order the same thing—a caramel latte with added whipped cream and drizzle. Lately, I’ve noticed I’m being charged for the extras, but they’re often missing from my drink. This morning I was in a rush and didn’t double-check, but I shouldn’t have to. It’s a small thing, but it’s frustrating to consistently pay for something and not receive it.
I was there order 3 drinks 1 asking for 1/2 cream and the other not 1/2 cream but they are lazy to make them separate, they make my 2 drink with 1/2 cream in them, i came back asking them why are both of my drink have 1/2 cream in there , the lady open the window with bad attitude and raise her voice said and say drinks look the same if she is remake them they come out the same because the cream and slams the window, with bad services like that never come back there , hope you guy can fix that attitude, she is tall and bigge... read more
