This is a regular starbucks store and you get what you get. However their service was extremely slow and did not provide cup holder until I asked for it for a hot drink.
Have given them multiple opportunities (drive thru, mobile order, in store) and the service is not great at all. If I pay for extra caramel drizzle it’s expected. Even when elaborated nicely it’s disregarded it seems like on purpose. One time there wasn’t any caramel on a caramel macchiato. Idk what is going on but they won’t be getting my business again.
