Well, I walk in at 5:30 AM and request a coffee from an irritated cafe employee and her rude partner. Obviously love their jobs. Why are there no tips in the tip cup?
I’m writing to complain about the service I received at your Starbucks Monday. I ordered a drip coffee and sandwich through the app, which said my order would be ready in about 10 minutes. My sandwich wasn’t ready for 30 minutes. After the sandwich came up, the app showed my order as “Ready to Go,” but my coffee was nowhere to be found. I asked the same employee twice to check on my coffee. The Starbucks in Plainfield IN on Cambridge Rd is excellent!!! Management and staff is incredible. They never or rarely run out of anything and the communication and s superb. One day they were short staffed and as soon as in pulled up to order they were friendly and communicated there may be an extra wait. This comes down to above average management and them hiring great people. I drive a bit out of my way to this location because it’s amazing!!! Keep up the great work! It’s so clean and nice atmosphere too
Took twice as long as the app quoted
Kayla was exceptional. She went above and beyond to help me out with something that she didn’t have to. In a day of declining customer service, I have to say she and the rest of the employees are pretty awesome there. Megan is as well, she’s great. Thanks, all! -Florida guy.
