ALMOST FIVE TEARS AGO I STARTED AT MY COMPANY, AND FOUND THE CLOSEST STARBIES... SO GLAD THIS ONE WAS THE ONE. IVE MET SOME COOL CATS HERE. I REALLY LOVE THESE PEOPLE. THEY MAKE MY DRINK AZING. VENTI ICED CHAI 12 PUMPS OF CHAI. COYLDNT START MY DAY WITHOUT THEM. LOVE THE NEW MANAGER TOO. HE IS GREAT. THEY ALL ARE. CANT START MY DAY WITHOUT YALL. XXOO
Changed inside since last there. No restrooms and no sitting area.
Employee had to make a fresh batch of coffee cause they were out. While it was brewing she started sweeping and cleaning the floor and then poured my coffee, put the lid on and handed it to me all without washing her hands. Really disgusted and didn’t even feel like drinking my coffee.
I don't know what is going with the staff that are making me drinks. They are never the same and today when I try to express that it doesn't event look write like they shock the drink together which the flavoring wrong the employee get an attitude and closes the window on me. When i am spending an average of 5 out 7 days support your business that is unacceptable. i don't try to be anal on how to make my drink, but the 5:30am to 6:30 staff seams new and not patient.
