This place is going from bad to worst. Horrible service. Slow baristas. Rude baristas, especially an older blonde woman that works there. I can understand if they are short staffed but I can’t understand why keep the doors open and molbile orders going if you can’t handle the orders. Shut front door and mobile orders and just take drive thru. It literally is not rocket science.
I went there and got a coffee and made it my own so it could be cheaper and I specifically put Venti cup in the order so they would fill it up to the top like every other place has and for some reason they refused to fill it up to the top for me and gave me a half full coffee and 3/4 of the coffee that I did get was cold foam .. The Asian dude would not give me what I asked for
Was staying a hotel across the parking lot. Everytime we went in for coffee if it was something besides a basic cream and sugar they were out or told us what we wanted was seasonal.... so wed drive down the atreet and get the "seasonal" drink we asked for. Just a bunch of lazy workers
Today was not a good experience. My husband was treated poorly and feels as though it was because of his American hat and his grunt T-shirt. He looked at two employees in the eye and said hello and both employees turned around and walked away. Unfortunately, I do believe this is what happened. Great place just expensive. If you want expensive coffee then I would highly recommend them to anyone.
